Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WE ARE HYBRID services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

WE ARE HYBRID provides AI consultancy, architecture, and development services including but not limited to:

• AI strategy and architecture consulting
• Custom AI solution development
• Team acceleration and training
• Platform and infrastructure services
• Ongoing support and maintenance

Project Terms

Engagement Process

• All projects begin with a free consultation and scoping session
• A detailed proposal with timeline and costs will be provided
• Projects require a 10% deposit to commence work
• Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed

Deliverables

• All deliverables will be clearly defined in the project proposal
• Source code and documentation will be provided upon final payment
• Client owns all intellectual property created specifically for their project
• WE ARE HYBRID retains rights to general methodologies and frameworks

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WE ARE HYBRID and its licensors.

Custom work created for clients becomes the property of the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of WE ARE HYBRID.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, project details, and business data. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WE ARE HYBRID, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 30 days written notice. In case of termination:

• Client will pay for all work completed to date
• All deliverables completed will be transferred to client
• Work in progress will be delivered in current state
• Confidentiality obligations continue post-termination

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WE ARE HYBRID operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
